Shipping across Australia:    
$14.95 - Australia Post Express (allow 1-2 business days)  
$10.95 - Australia Post Standard (allow 3-7 business days)

Shipping to New Zealand:
$20 – DHL Express

All orders come with a tracking number from Australia Post or DHL. To track your parcel, simply contact the relevant courier and provide your tracking number. For international orders, once your parcel has left Australia, you can continue tracking it using the same tracking number through your local postal service.

Please note, while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control.

During sale periods, please allow for extra time for your order to be dispatched.

RETURNS

We accept returns for an exchange, or online store credit on unworn, unused, and undamaged items purchased at full price within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that if the pouch is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation form. Please complete the return authorisation form included with your order and the pouch that came with your purchase and return the item to the nominated address.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We must receive the returned items within 14 days of us issuing the return authorisation form. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or similar items. Please choose carefully.

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code (excluding sign-up codes) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
