You can also use store credit or gift certificates. Each gift card or store credit comes with a unique code, which can be easily entered during checkout.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations if we are notified in writing before your items have been dispatched. If you’ve had a change of heart after placing an order, please follow our return procedure to request a refund. Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for earrings or items purchased during sales or
promotions.

I've used incorrect shipping details, What do i do?

If you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, but we suggest reaching out to your local postal service as they may be able to assist with rerouting the parcel. Should an order be returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at your cost. After your order has been
delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

What is your warranty policy?

We ship our jewelry with great care. Each item is inspected thoroughly by our skilled jewelers to ensure it meets our high standards before being carefully packaged in a signature pouch. If, due to an unexpected situation, your item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please email info@meoandme.com.au within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.



Can i order for wholesale purposes on the website?

All products sold by Meo + Me are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that seem to be for resale or wholesale purposes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for an exchange, or online store credit on unworn, unused, and undamaged items purchased at full price within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that if the pouch is missing, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or similar items. Please choose carefully.

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code (excluding sign-up codes) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return, email us at info@meoandme.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the following

information:

Reason for return
Selection between exchange or online store credit (if exchange, please provide details).

Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation form. Please complete the return authorisation form included with your order and the pouch that came with your purchase and return the item to the nominated address.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We must receive the returned items within 14 days of us issuing the return authorisation form. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to care for Meo + Me Jewellery?

To ensure your item remains in great condition, avoid contact with lotions, perfume, hairspray and other chemicals. Keep your item dry and avoid water contact. To clean, gently wipe your item with a polishing cloth. We recommend storing your items in their original packaging.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship Australia-wide and New Zealand but plan to ship worldwide soon! We
will keep you posted.

Our gold metal is made of 18k or 24k gold applied over a base metal like stainless steel,
sterling silver or titanium steel.
